Preparatory work—understand talent requirements (Needs Assessment)

1. Obtain Job Description documents from clients

2. Talk to the hiring manager to understand the requirements other than those listed on job description document.

3. Obtain the organization chart of the department (if any)

Interview with job applicants

1. Include interviews through Zoom and in-person meetings.

2. Complete the required psychometric test questions

3. Reference check to verify the information provided by candidates on their resume and during the interview.


We will recommend suitable job applicants with a detailed analysis report on the strengths and weaknesses of each job applicant.
